PNGSDP Ltd is a company incorporated and domiciled in Singapore. It does not have shareholders and is governed by its Program Rules and the Governing Board. We use the income generated by the Long-Term Fund (LTF) to invest in the current and future generations of Western Province so the benefits can be enjoyed for many years to come. Our mandate is to build healthy, educated, and more resilient communities in Western Province that align with provincial government plans. We do this by focusing on Education, Health and Livelihoods, and cross-cutting issues including Crime and Violence, Women and Youth Empowerment and Climate Change and Disaster Resilience as pathways to helping people improve their lives. We deliver community-based activities that empower people and communities to achieve their economic and social development potential.

We are committed to implementing programs efficiently and effectively by:

• Maintaining a lean organisation staffed primarily by talented PNG nationals who work from our Port Moresby, Daru and Balimo offices.
• Acting as a catalyst to “make things happen” by working with partners to deliver our initiatives; bring fresh ideas; and contribute to co-funding.
